Which I will be moving in fully on the 25th. I am moving a few things in today and its not that far until I am finally in there.
I'll be getting Caker only on weekends until he is going back to work (who knows when that will be)

It's been long and stressful that's for sure.. A bit of fighting, whenever it is that we talk to each other. He hasn't talked to his daughter in 2 days, he's called but it ended up in fighting and I hung up on him because I can't take his yelling at me no more. I don't think it's called for, when I haven't done anything to make him do it!

I have an awful feeling about all of this, I'll try not to think about it but it's hard not to. I just want the best for my daughter, it's what she deserves!

I'm taking my dog with me and 1 cat  (my bitch, as I call her, hahah) my clothes, and I'm not to sure what else I am taking with me. So I guess we'll see... Hmmmmmmm.....

I shall get going, get some clothes gathered up and bring them in for later! :)

I was under the impression that we weren't telling anyone in our families about us seperating and well shit has turned. He told his mom and god knows who else knows as well.
I kept my word and NEVER told a single soul to my family, to ANYONE for that matter in my family. I know what will happen if I do, they'll tell me to move back to NS and that is not where I want to be right now. Ya, I'd have family to help and support me but WHY can't I do it here... Where my daughter can see her father when she wants {or whenever he's home from working away from home} doesn't that make sense?

I do NOT want to take my daughter out of her fathers life. I am not that type of person, though I could be convinced but I could NEVER do that to him. It would just make things alot harder than what they are going to be right now.
Just like he said, he doesn't want to take her out of my life. Which is why sometimes I am afraid that when I go out {cuz I don't want to be here when he's home, so I go out} that he will take her and not give her back. That's what scares me the most.

He said he was going to pay for the divorce.. Wow, we haven't even gotten that far yet.. I guess I have to get a lawyer now?? Any help here would be great.. From anyone who has gone through this.. I can't afford a lawyer, so I think I might have to go through legal aid or something.. Though, his mother works for them.. I hope that doesn't cause anything there..

Oh, the stuff I got to go through and I'm only 23 years old.. Wow...

Is my 23rd Birthday!!!!!! And really, I don't care about it.. I was on a whole rampage about it and now I could care less.. I have other things that I need to be worrying about. Like where am I gonna live with my daughter, will I have enough money til my next pay cheque... blah blah blah....

Anyways... I'm still here.. Beginning of a new week???? Maybe, we will have to wait and see.. Sorry there isnt much more that I can write.. Im just not too sure on what else I can say.. Just going through alot right now, stressed and its just not good over all...

Going through alot of stuff lately.. Seperation and trying to find my own place for Caker and I that will allow a dog and maybe a cat...

My birthday is on Wednesday, the 8th... Anyways.. I need to get going.. Thought I would write something at least to let everyone know, I'm still alive!!!

Oh I was.. And a guy rear ended me.. LOVELY!!!
The gate on my Jimmy won't go down all the way.. Bumper is all fucked up.. I'm thinking its over $1000 damage. I called my insurance after I got home and then I called the police but now I gotta go back into Calgary tomorrow (thankfully I work) and file a police report.. Oh lovely!

Thankfully, Caker was not in the Jimmy with me.. I was on my way to get her actually! Phew for that one though!! :)

I guess we'll see tomorrow once I wake up, how my shoulder is.. Its in a bit of pain when I move it... Eeek?

Yes I did... Really, its not all that early to start it.. I should of done it months ago but I didn't!!
I got my sister an ipod shuffle 2gig and I got my 6 year old niece a Hannah Montana make-up thing thats in a guitar case and 2 bratz dolls.. Chole is her favorite of them... I hope she likes that for Christmas, I know it's not much but its the thought that counts.. Right??
My mom said that she doesn't want anything.. So I am not too sure what to get her.. I am thinking I might get her a gift card to Future Shop or something.. Wal-Mart or Zellers.. I dunno.. We'll see.. I'll have to ask my sister.. GRR I hate shopping for my mom, it sucks.. Hahah!!
Then my dad really doesn't want anything either.. He said a plane ticket, well I can NOT afford that!! Ahh, I'm sure I might be able to find something.. Maybe??

So far we've gotten Cadence.. You know, I think I might of blogged about this before HAHAHA.. Well not all of it, but most of it.. Anyways, I got her my little pony toys, one is stuffed and one isn't.. That's all so far.. We will go clothes shopping for her.. I'm thinking size 3 and higher.. Probably 4.. But I think I have to go to the "girls" section for that because they don't got it in the toddler section :( So we'll see what happens when we go for her!

Now, I'm just gonna relax while the dishwasher is going, watching some TV and that's about it!!! Night

And everything was good.. My blood pressure was 136/80 now is thats better he said.. I am back to normal.. YAY!!
We both said that it must of been a bad day that he caught me on, which could of been true.. Who knows exactly??

My blood work showed everything good, same with my pap test was normal.. Good news.. Nothing but good news.. WOOHOO!

It's for my test results from when I had to get blood work and a pee test done on Monday.. I swear, my arm looks bad still.. Bruised and its gross.. Looks nasty!! Oh and he gets to see if my blood pressure is still high.. I sure as hell hope not. I am sick of waiting lol.. I am just thankful that it's almost here and its an early morning appointment as well!! (9:45am!!)

I'm a wee tired one tonight.. Thankfully on the drive home today I wasn't tired like I normally am.. Yesterday driving home, I was real tired all of a sudden to where I wanted to sleep again.. GEEZ.. Thankfully I didn't and I hate feeling that way because I just don't feel like myself! I will have to mention that to him again I think.. See what he thinks..

I must go to bed, its already after 10 and close to 1030 so its beddie bye time lol...

Well, while I was at work.. I noticed that someone had called.. Sure enough, it was Curves and they said I am going to get my money back and that they are sorry for any inconvience that what may have been caused by all of this.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Its just funny.. Some people I tell you.. They just.. Well, I dunno.. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Anyways, I get my money back, thats all that matters now!!!

Well I am NOT allowed to go anymore.. I went in on Tuesday night like I have been doing for a week now and I was told I am not allowed back because I bring my daughter with me.. Well, before I joined I simply asked if I was able to bring my daughter with because I had no one to look after her and that was the only way I was going to join. They said it would not be a problem and NOW they do have a problem with it.. She does NOTHING wrong.. She sometimes follows me around the circuit and the other night she sat on a chair..

I had 10 days to get out of my contract ON the 10th day they told me not to return.. BUT they will not give me my money back.. Stupid fuckers.. I am sorry but I am NOT happy with them.. They can go pound shit for all I care.. I will NEVER referr them to ANYONE.. They are fucking retards and they will tell you anything to get your money!!!!!! That's exactly right and what they did do to me..

HAHAHAH they even want me to pay a buy out, I don't friggen think so. It is NOT happening.. If they TOLD ME NOT TO RETURN then I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYTHING.. Why should I??? I should NOT have to pay a single thing. So I wrote a termination letter (since they told me to, why I am NOT returning) and I did just that. I kept the original copy and gave them a photo copy.. Too bad for them.. If they don't give me my money back, then I am going to go to the media about it.. Stupid fuckers.... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAH
